Return & Exchange Policy – Ferora Care

At Ferora Care, every product is carefully handmade with natural ingredients. We maintain strict quality checks to ensure safe and premium products for our customers.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and handmade soap products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.

Eligible for Replacement / Exchange

We provide replacement or exchange only if:

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Product arrived damaged or leaking

  • Manufacturing defect found

  • Item missing from the order

Time to Report Issues

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos or unboxing video of the product

  • Description of the issue

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Requests made after the allowed time may not be accepted

  • Sale or discounted products are not eligible for return/exchange

  • Customized or bulk orders are non-returnable

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if:

  • Replacement product is unavailable

  • Order cannot be fulfilled by us

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
